The room was clean with comfortable beds. Loud parties in the parking lot made it hard to relax.

The overall stay was really nice. The pool was actually heated and comfortable to take a swim with the kids. The breakfast bar was really nice and continually kept stocked. We would most certainly stay here again.

The breakfast buffet is pretty nice

The room we had was above the lobby and every sound in the lobby went straight into our room. Waking us up several times. The bathroom floor was slick from the moment we arrived. I'm assuming it was something that was used to clean the floors but not rinsed properly. The a/c unit in the room was noisy. The fan couldn't be turned to a constant on condition so when the a/c kicked in there was enough noise to wake us up.

The housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy.

I faced several issues that were quite disappointing. The first night, I struggled to relax due to loud noise from the parking lot, difficult to get a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were not very accommodating when I brought my concerns to their attention.

ROOM NEEDED A BETTER CLEANING AND BATHROOM ALSO . VALUE FOR MY MONEY NO NOT THIS TIME.. THIS ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED VERY WELL . I DIDNT EXPECT THIS FROM A HOILDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A FIRST TIME.WOULD I STAY AGAIN YES SOMETIMES THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPENS.

Beds were very comfortable. 2 bedroom suite was spacious.

Bathroom sink stopper was closed and stuck. No one could take a bath because the stopper was not there. It was a very busy road so sometimes difficult to get out of the parking lot. Suite was underneath stairs so I could hear people going up and down the stairs. Also, someone was talking very loudly at the front desk at 6:15 a.m. which woke me up considering we were in the first room down the hallway.

During my stay, I visited the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall and had a great time shopping. I appreciated the convenience of the location, which made it easy to stroll over for some retail therapy. The room was clean and well-maintained. The partying noises from outside were a bit disruptive at times.

I had an easy check-in experience, with helpful staff who promptly assisted me when I accidentally locked myself out. The hotel felt secure with staff monitoring the parking lot.

The convenient spot made it easy to stroll over to the tanger outlet mall, just a short walk away, and enjoy some coffee at the nearby starbucks on my leisurely mornings, enhancing my weekend getaway experience.

The room was clean and the beds were super comfy, a relief during the hectic UGA Grad weekend. Housekeeping did a great job, keeping everything tidy and fresh. My only beef was the noise from parties outside-they made it tough to unwind. That, I was glad to find such a solid spot.

Just a solid selection for a quick weekend visit in Commerce with good value considering price it charged. The hotel felt secure with staff monitoring the parking lot. Try to check for quieter rooms if possible.

Check-in was super easy, and the staff helped me when I locked myself out twice, always with a smile. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and shops.
